Producers and importers ceasing activities within a category or type of user must inform DPA-System accordingly. Cancellation means that the producer/the importer must not report figures within the given category or user in the subsequent reporting period.
In the period from 1 April to 31 December registered companies can apply in writing to DPA-System for temporary access to the database. Thus, the producer/the importer can log in and cancel a category or a type of user.
Cancellation of an already registered category or type of user cannot take place in the reporting period between 1 January and 31 March.
Already registered producers and importers starting activities within new product categories or type of user (private and/or professional) must register for these new activities no later than two weeks before putting equipment on the market. Additions are made through a log in in the registration system.
Already registered producers and importers having reported incompletely in a previous reporting period must immediately report lacking data. Reporting of lacking data is done by contacting DPA-System.
Collective schemes are in charge of both cancellations and additions for their members. However, DPA-System requires a written confirmation from the producer.
