Automotive batteries:

Lead acid
Nickel Cadmium (NiCd)

Examples: Ignition battery for vehicles. Batteries suitable for providing current for ordinary use in i.e. caravans.

Portable batteries:

Mercury (Zinc, Mercury oxide, Silver oxide)
Lead acid
